Blue dart courier is not delivering the debit card

I have applied for a new debit card as my previous card was damaged.

Hdfc bank despatch new debit card by blue dart courier. docket no AWB- 44764009566.

But blue dart is not delivering to me. And giving reply as my address is incorrect. But my account is with HDFC from Last 3 yrs then how can be my address wrong.
