I am terminated without information while i was suffering from illness

Sir,

My emp id:-CM12514, Manoj Kumar Karna was working as a CSE at HDFC Bank Kirti Nagar branch, New Delhi- G-14.

I was ill since 14/04/09 to 27/04/09, I informed to my sales manager Mr. Pawan Vajpayee but when i joined there, he told me that i was terminated.

So, kindly consider it and take action against it.
