Sir / Madam

I had received a call from 02230825940 on 06.09.2009 Ms. Uma was talk to me regarding the Personal Loan.

But I cleared told her that I have two personal loan which was recovery from Salary saving account No.00131050074681 on 07th of every month. The following details informed very clearly to her. :-

But Ms. Uma told that me now the personal loan rate of interest is 19% & to can get it Rs.265000/- in which both loan can be closed.

Accordingly, she has send the executive Mr. Jitu (Mob : 9892764375) to collect the documents next day & I submitted the documents & filled up Form.

On 12.09.09 i got a sms congratulations and ref no.15415304 was given to me for to know status.

After that So many times i call up to Ms. Uma (02230825940 ) & Mr. Jitu (No.9892764375) not a proper response answer. I enquired from your customer care but i did not the satisfactory answer. I contact Chembur Branch The person looking Personal Loan does not know anything.

Again get a call from phone no. 02230825871 on 03.10.2009 asking me want a personal loan & submit the document again. i asked her earlier reference no.15415304 for a reason for loan application she have not given any answer for the same.

It is very bad to keep customer in dark which fail all plan of individual.

It is requested that please tell me reason so i can take further corrective and necessary action.
