i really have a very worst experience with HDFC BANK WHILE CLOSURE OF MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO 268000038956 IN THE NAME OF SHUBHANGI GOSWAMI, AS MY HOME BRANCH IN MATHURA, AND I FILED MY APPLICATION IN KG MARG CANNOUGHT PLACE DELHI BRANCH, AND ALSO I CLEARED MY NEGATIVE BAL OF 1000 RS WHILE THE TIME OF CLOSING BY DEPOSITING THE MONEY THAN AFTER 2 MTHS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED AND I DID SO MANY CALLS TO THE EXECUTIVE WHO ASSIST ME IN KG MARG BRANCH WHILE CLOSING THE ACCOUNT, SHE SAID WE CHECKED MAM ITS IN PROCESS, AND I STILL GOT MSGS OF NARGATIVE BAL IN MY ACCOUNT BY MOBILE BANKING, NOTHING FACILITY WAS CLOSED ON THE ACCOUNT .PLZ IF THIS SITE HELP ME OUT IN THIS SO PLZ HELP ME IN THIS MATTER, I REALLY WANT THAT RBI SHOULD TAKE SOME STEP AGAINST SUCH SITUATION THAT COME IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER
