Bad Service From Rel. Manager Prasant B Nai

I just went to bank to clear my co acc problems, the service which i got from kotayam hdfc br was really bad, especially from Rel Manager Prasanth B Nair..He was just making unnecessary stmts, without checking our Acc NO..and when i checked with manager, he understood that i was correct... IT WAS REALLY A BAD SERVICE..
