Request to Waive off Interest and ready to Clear Outstanding

I have a due amount which i am facing difficult to pay due to finnacial problem tried to send email to Bank to waive off Interest and will pay rest amount in 4 or 5 installments but did not got any reply, if anybody please help me out by giving some top executive in HDFC so that i can request them to help me out
