For me HDFC sets standards but lately they have disappointed me. I don't appreciate the collection department calling my house and using abusive language with my folks. The tele-callers even girls use
abusive language; are these the ethics downloaded into them? If my cell is not reachable they can mail me as you did this time, I didn't expect this kind of behavior from HDFC. I have updated them with my
temporary Bhubaneshwar no.; also I'll update them once I get my post-paid connection.By next week both my Delhi & Bhubaneshwar no. will be reachable.
I've been associated with HDFC for a very long time at least 4 year; I have 1 savings account and a personal loan running. They have all my necessary details, I fail to understand that they can't even judge who's a fraud? Believe me I'm not running away with the money.
I apologize for not paying my account regularly, as I was not working for the last 6 months. Before that I paid my account regularly. I explained the same thing to the collection department but it seems they don't understand. They just know how to nag people and screw one's happiness; I think they don't believe in HUMANITY. I've just joined IL&FS ETS division a month back, and due to my official project I'm in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa for the next 6 months. Slowly & eventually I'll pay off my account and close it.
I don't know where to go and complain, I don't know how should i go about it. I also replied to the lady who mailed me from HDFC. I don't know whether it will help or not.
