Dear Sir,

I would like to bring in your kind notice that i was using HDFC credit card no.4346781006418271 valid upto march. Inspite of so many calls to their executives, they hade not made any response to me, A have genuine purchase of Rs 15000 in the month of april/may they never sent any statement through post, mail, call, When i contact one of ther executive Madam Sandeep on 24.08.09 time 2:10 pm, I told her that i already had made many complain before, she said your Due amount is Rs 17802 on 24. 08.09, i m unsatisfied with this amount, that time . she said to me they already sand my request to headoffice for approval, then i made another contact with one of their executive madam Shalini on 02.09.09 time 3:10 pm, she insure me to that my request is in process, they will let me know when they get it, but till date i did not receive any response from them either from post/courier, mail -id, ph-call, I dont know why they are escaping from telling the genuine dues, I stop depositing any amount before i get insure about the actual dues, As i m good citizen of India i want to clear all my genuine due, & I dont want to continue their credit card in future
