HI, THIS IS MUKESH, IS HAVE BEEN USING HDFC VALUE PLUS CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, I DO NOT GET THE STATEMENTS ON TIME INSPITE OF CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT, WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. I GOT THE INFO OF MY BILL N I WAS SAID THAT THE MINIMUM AMT. I HAVE TO PAY IS 680 APPROX. SO I MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH ATM OF Rs 1000, AND NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A BILL FORM THEM, AND THE BILL NOT ONLY INCLUDES LATE FEES, AND A PURCHARE OF Rs 3, 800 WICH I NEVER DID I HAVE A DISPUTED THE AMT. BUT I DIDNT GOT ANY REVERT TILL NOW... JUST HOPING TO GET A REVET SOON OR PLANNING TO CANCELL THE CARD... GOOD CO-OPERATION BY THE CALL CENTER DEPT.
