HDFC DEbit cum ATM card
ATM Stolen at ND Railway station on 27.06. So need to Block the ATM

I am regular Account holder having A/c of HDFC Bank 05831050000128, Branch Sadar Bazar, Gurgaon (Haryana)-122002.

I have lost my purse in New delhi Railway station on 27.06.2008 in which Mt Debit cum ATM Card of HDFC Bank was also there.

I request to please Block my ATM so that no body will Misuse it.
