Have applied for a home loan dt 29/09 and the HDFC have debited my accounts with the chages dt 07/10 but still i dont know the status of the loans even after repeated calls to them
The reply given by a arrogant Mr Hari nair is loan under process
I was promised processing within 2 days and confirmation within 4 working days but even after nearly 15 days i am still calling up but no proper response
How have they debited my account with the charges without my consent althought they had assured that only after sanction of the oan would the chque be deposisted
