Hdfc motor insurance

Dear Sir/madam.

On be half of my Company (Gloden swan city Club) i have take the Motor Insurance policy from Hdfc general insurance .for santro car and Honda Accord. Int the above mention policy the the are many misktakes like 1) Wrong vehicle number 2) wrong adress. 3) Worng IDV etc.

i Gave all the supporting and Necessary Douments on priority basis . but There is no response from hdfc (Mrs. Ushma Mehta Mobile No 9820247483 Dispatch Manager Hdfc)

as the cover note is valid for 3 month which is already expired in the month of feb.

kindly look into the matter
