Myself Raju Moni Sarma working as an Astt. Manager legal Remedial in Tata Motor Finance ltd. Guwahati Branch. That as per the norms of the HDFC bank personal loan, i was eligible for getting a personal loan, that's why i have applied for the same. And the bank exequtive approached me and collect all the necessary docs, but unfortunately when my file has been send for logging then FI report was shown negative in the system due to wrong address prove.
Sir i would like to inform your goodself that just before three month i had also applied for a PL and same had been loggin and FI has been send for varification of my address, but in the course of FI i was not available at my residence but my brother was available at that time and the investigator took all the necessary information from my brother and had tea at my residance but after that i came to know that the investigator submitted negative FI that i am not residing at the given address for which my loan was not granted.
That Sir i am shocked to learn that my PL was rejected due to the false FI report submitted by the field investigator wherein it was mentioned that i am not residing at the addresed furnished by me but the fact is that i have been and still residing at the address furnished by me for the last several years.
That as such my basic rights granted by the Constitution of India has been violated and for which i pray your Honour to grant me proper redressal.
