I have an urgent requirement for which I approached HDFC bank Personal Loan having in mind that I have a Salary Account, so it will be easy and fast for me, but I had a worst experience in terms of Customer executives, the way of handling customer etc.
First of all they dont have the knowledge of the product or they dont want to inform the customer about all the things. Only the things you ask they will reply.
Next they wont tell you about all the documents at one go, they will tell it one by one and it will be your fault for the delay in loan.
Again the loan will get approved within 2-3 days but amount won't be credited to you at the time of your need.
Anyways, I don't know whether the bank will be taking any action or not, but at least in future the customers won't suffer if everything will be clear at the first time itself.
