Wrong credit information

Hi.

my name is prasanta kumar behera. i applied for a personal loan

from HDFC bank. they rejected my file by stating that as per my

civil report.i have outstanding of Rs.1, 59000/-.however i do not

recognize this pass due.

kindly investigate the case so that matter can be clarified.
