Ref loan acct No 390645163 for 6.5 lakhs stated to be disbursed in 3 instalment direct to the Builder. A amount of Rs 325000 paid to the Builder on 15 Jun. Rs 211000and 74000 were paid on 18 DEC and 26 Feb. Final amount of Rs 40000 was withheld for reason not known to me and was paid to the Builder only on 20 Nov.
The flat alongwith others in that apts was ready in all respects in Apr/May. There were others in that same apts in the same floor/in fifth floor for which the same Builder was paid the entire amount in thre instalment as per the loan agreement. Delay in disbursement of mere Rs 40000 caused an additional PRE-EMI payment of Rs 66000 for me.
My request to the auth at HDFC pvt ltd has not been heeded. pl advice me how to recover the excess amount recovered from me as well as delaying my EMI payment for 8 Months.
