Dear Sir/Madam
I am a customer of hdfc bank last 3 years i have no problem regarding serviceses but 2007 i got a lone 50k against my credit card and EMI is 2000 something. i am reciving no a any type of repayment sedule regarding this whatever i pay my EMI.When lone is disbursed i am paying always my EMI's. When i have extra amount i pay extra EMI's there is no problem with bank and me. I transfer my EMI's through my HDFC saving a/c.
2nd april i got notice letter if u r not paying min amt which is Rs 11223.45/- before 17/04 otherwise we are transfer your whatever fund in saving a/c to HDFC CC. I ask to customer care people but they are not saying anything about my HDFC s a/c &CC. 13th of april i deposite Rs2-in my saving a/c and transfer Rs13000/-in my HDFC CC.Before this 10th of march i deposite Rs10000/- in saving a/c and 2nd day i go to hdfc bank atm to check the balance but there is showing only Rs1033/-
I called up your legal manager ARCHANA VERMA which is mentiond in letter jo maine 2nd april ko mila tha she told me your a/c is in lein a/c. I ask again why you converted my saving a/c in lein a/c then she told me your payment is always irregular basis that why we do this. But i told her alwayes i am paying my payment in this manner only bank ne mere se kabhi nahi kaha. If i am not paying regular basis then bank ne phele mere ko letter kiyon nahi beja. She told me hamne 2nd april ko lein mein convert kiya hai but why 21st of march my saving a/c is showing only Rs1033/-
