Non delivery of password

My password which was sent through Express IT Courier on 23rd of Oct has not reached me... and they say they have wrong address on their records...

I wonder how after three long years of sending the communications to the same address... they find that address wrong on their records.

Disgusting...

Even Express IT Courier have a very bad service... I had to call them often to track my consignment
