Respected sir

I have joined Aptech Course named as DISM in 2004 after complition of this courses i upgraded DISM course to HDSE in 2006. Other Details are as follows :

1 Invoice No : 3290

2 Roll No : 10.10504/0011

3 curriculum : 0203

4 Net Invested amount Rs.23683.00 (For HDSE COURSE)

5 Net Invested amount Rs.11000.00 (For DISM COURSE)

6 Branch: Aptech education center, Khamgaon Pincode - 444303.

I have paid full fees & appeared for the exam of 0203/module 4 in March. I have all the receipts from the day i've joined till the course is compleated. I've passed the exam & have got Perfomance Statement of all the four module but have not received certificate yet. The Head of the Department Mr Hade sir is not responding at all. In fact he is transfered to another city. His Contact no was 9960680356. This no is switched off currently. Hence there is no medium to contact him.

You are hereby requested to look into the matter. Please take some serious action regarding this!
