Clarification regarding the deduction of service charges twice from my account

Hi,

I am Reeta Kumari Pradhan. I have applied for a Health Insurance Card from Bajaj Alliance and every thing has been proccessed. But there has been deduction of processing service charges twice from my account. Can you give me clarification regarding this? why there has been deduction of these charges twice.
