I am a health wise policy customer and my card no.2825 10005113 (2007 old policy) and 2825 10138216 (2008 new). Last year I had taken the policy from an agent at mavelikara (Kerala). But I didn't get the renewal notice from your side. So I contacted your Eranakulam office and I was further diverted to the Trivandrum office. They inturn had a casual approach and said that they had no information nor any records regarding my health policy. I hope somebody with a serious mind would contact me and provide an explanation.
