Sir, i recieved a SMS from (shell) company that i have won 250000 GBP in a lucky mobile draw and the company tells to deal with the courier company but the courier company tells to pay the money firs and then they will deliver the parcel, but the natwest bank has said my parcel is with them, please suggest me what should i do.
