I regret to state and utterly disaappointed by your services as my mobile nos 9773302697 has not started since over 48 hrs after submitting all the documents and photo identity proof at your gallery at Crawford market. Your response and action and services has detotriated so much that we are fed up of telling your gallery to start the conncetion so that we can make calls and receive then as the same has been blocked by your loop mobile till after 13th june at 5.00 pm.
We had submitted the documents to your gallery at Craford market off Mohamedali Road and your person there had confirmed the mobile will start by Friday the 12th but it seem you have taken the matter very lightly and are only interested in troubling customers.
We shall take the matter to the top level if the mobile does not start in the next couple of hours.
