It is almost an year back when I applied for withdrawal of my PF money but the wait seems to be endless. My PF account number is DL/32190/42. There was a grievance form registered on 29 th April for the same by Mr Mukesh Singh (the concerned person from my previous organization who used to deal in PF matters), but still no response from any body. I tried calling at PF offices, but no one bothers to pick up the phone. I was just given different telephone numbers which were never attended by anybody and as usual they were always busy. It has happened many times that I sat with full dedication calling on a particular number for hours but it remained busy continuously & whenever it got free, no one bothered to pick the phone. It gives me an apparent feeling that the telephone number s have been provided just to make personal phone calls for government employees.
I would request you to do the needful to restore a common man's faith in the government organization. I have lodged two complaints one on 29th April & another on 15th May. But there is no response from anybody.
