I got booked Activa on 14th july after depositing the amount in CSD (Being military personnel) with the dealers at Jalandhar (Punjab) with M/S G.S. Honda at Jalandhar. The quotation for the same was taken from the dealer on which they have just mentioned the waiting/booking period of 25- 30 days and also informed that there is no separate waiting for the CSD customers.
Now even after the expiry of 40 days the dealer is not delivering the vehicle on the pretext that the vehicle booked by you is not arrived and the PDI is to be conducted by the CSD, Only then the delivery will be effected. IT MAY TAKE A MONTH MORE TO EFFECT THE DELIVERY AS IT ALL DEPENDS UPON THE SUPPLY FOR THE CSD. Main QUERY IS THAT IS THERE ANY SUCH TYPE OF QUOTA FIXED BY THE COMPANY WHICH JUST DISCREMINATES THE PEOPLE OF MILITARY WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC? These things were not narrated before the booking or written on the quotation. We have purchased so many items Through the CSD but never such a stupid excuses from any dealer. The behavior of this particular dealer is not understandable who is not ready to give reply directly but only through the front benches clerks.
kindly inquire into and arrange to deliver the vehicle at earliest as unexpected delaly has already been made, with suitable action against the dealer.
