Don't get the RC book still 1 year completed

Hi...

I am from Ahmedabad and I have purchased Passion Plus last year from here local dealer ..

the service is very very poor here & no one answer properly..

its already more than one year but still i do not get my RC BOOK...

when i m going there to ask about my RC BOOK they don't give answer properly and make insult many people have this problem here...

i think u take action n help me to getting my RC BOOK of my bike...
