Subject: Going to take help of consumer forum in respect of differences between
Your billing amount and what I have actual paid.
Sir,
I have purchased a bike passion pro (Engine no.-MBLHA10EN9GE12191, Chassis no.-HA10EC9GE17204, Vehicle no.-DL-1S T-1512) on dated-04 june. On that time you told me the price of bike is Rs.44752/- and you are providing discount of Rs.412/-.
At the same time I have paid Rs.16900/- in cash (Receipt no.25639) and Rs.28000/- through credit card but you have mentioned only 27440/- (Receipt no.22404) and I asked about the same that why are you not mention in receipt Rs.28000/- then you told me that all these things will be mention in your invoice, which you may collect after 04to05days.
After four to five days I have collected original invoice and examine that you mentioned only Rs.44340/- in stead of actual cash received by you Rs.44900/-.
I asked regarding such but you told me that bank charges 2% extra so I will charged you,
I agree with your statement but why are you not mentioning this 2% extra charges in invoice. If I am paying you Rs.44900/- then I have right to take invoice of such amount.
Due to this dissatisfaction I am going to consumer court, this letter should be treated as intimation before going to consumer forum.
