Did not get my refund money

Sir/ madam,

I had got a normal ticket by payiing cash from my credit card. due to my personal problem i can not avail that journey and made it cancel. I applied for refund money on january 5th. stilll did not get the money.

Can you give me suggestion or status for this as earliest?
