Sir/ Madam,
I purchased a Hp laptop on 04-01 with some extra features like one touch screen rotator etc. But unfortunately these features have not been found working yet. I had given my laptop for service two times including one time at Dehradoon and second time at Delhi. All they do is format the laptop and re-install the windows which any person like me can do easily. But the problems come back even then. Even after repeated complaints i am not able to get a positive response from Hewlett Packard customer support.
