Dear Sir,
I purchased this laptop on 22-10 from a HP dealer in Nehru Place. It comes with a Windows Vista Home edition. I need to install windows Xp on this to get certain application running (Also Windows vista Home is a very bulky and featureless operating system).
So i installed Win-XP on my laptop and later tried install the device drivers as well, but to my surprise device drivers provided with the system were only meant to run with Windows vista only. When i contacted HP support to provide me some help in this regard, they straightaway said that they do not provide any help for the device drivers for this product and told me that i should search on the net to collect the different drivers for each device and also they do not even provided the technical specifications of the product on their website any where in the world.
I am really feeling cheated now and feel like i have made a bad mistake. I think i should have tried products from some other vendor instead of this. I don't know whether I can get justice against such a Big, Influential company.
However I still like to have hope that someone may help me out.
Please help me.
