I am using Nokia Hand Set for a long time and quite satisfied with the performacne of the set. I bought a new set on 27.05. the product code is UPNO2865 and description of good is Nokia 2865 Uin-Pro for Rs.6650/-. On 28th October the set suddenly not working and I gave to repair on 3.11.2007 at Nokia Service Centre at Pondy Bazar, Near Pondy Bazar Post Office, Chennai. They are taking very long time to check the fault and they ask me to come on 10th November. I am practising Chartered Accountant and the mobile is very vital for my profession. I request you to kindly intervine and replace the set as I have bought only 5 months back.
