Dear Sir/Mam,
With due regards the undersigned beg to state as follows:
That on 07.11.2008 he purchased a brand new HP Laserjet Printer 2015 vide Bill Number 001595 from a HP Dealer on One Year On Site Warranty. But the said printer was delivering light printouts from the very first printout.
Hence on 10.12.2008 he got registered An Online Complaint against Complaint Number 2604595649-261. His said compliant was forwarded by HP to its Local Service Centre at Ghaziabad.
Thereafter on 20.12.2008 a person named Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal arrived to him from the Local Service Centre of HP at Ghaziabad and changed the Fuser Unit of the said printer and left with a comment, “ Fuser Replaced but problem not resolved.”
Then on 25.12.2008 the same person Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal arrived to him again and he took the printer from the undersigned and left with a comment, “ Printer received from customer for repair to office.”
But they did nothing.
On 13.01.2009 the under signed customer logged in the website of HP and had an Online Chat and was advised to lodge his compliant with higher authorities.
Then on 15.01.2009 the undersigned lodged an online complaint bearing number CCHSAP186962.
But nothing happened and HP did not bother even to respond.
Thereafter on 24.02.2009 the undersigned visited the Local Service Centre, Ghaziabad and personally met with a person named Mr. Sohan Gaur but had to returned back without any solution. And that visit met with the same fate that nothing happened.
When nothing happened and a period of six months lapsed then the undersigned had to put in some extra efforts at his end.
Then on 12.08.2009 the said printer was left at our end by the Local Service Centre Team, Ghaziabad with an assurance that the printer will be lifted by them on the next working day as it even at the time of delivery the said printer was not performing properly.
Now it is a month to be completed HP people are not paying any heed to my complaint and I have to state this before your kind self with a heavy heart that what fault or error committed by me or what had happened to our world renowned Hewlett Packard (HP) that an issue is kept on pending at its end for about an year and nothing is happening.
