Did not receive the PAN Card till now

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I had lost my PAN Card and hence had applied for a duplicate PAN Card on 1st April. I raised the request from the Bajaj IT Office in Jayanagar (Bangalore). The form was submitted as told by the concerned people, but till now I have not received my PAN Card. They had told me that I will be getting the PAN Card within 20 days, but that did not happen. I am still waiting for my PAN Card which was supposed to be delivered to my residential address.

Please look into this matter urgently and kindly help me in getting the PAN Card ASAP.
