I purchased “HP pavalion 2815 TX laptop” on 25th Dec 08 from “PCDreams” shop at Singapore. As per my invoice I got international warranty of the laptop which should be valid upto 25th Dec 09.
Recently that Laptop got a Motherboard problem So I went to get it repaired from “MAHA Electronics” shop jayanager branch, Bangalore, INIDA, on 28-10 which is a Authorized Servicing center of HP they logged in case against this Case NO: NB1028-008. But I am surprised when they told me that this laptop have already logged a case in hongkong on 23rd April 08 and even the Warranty was Expired on 15th Apr.
I could not understand how Hp Authorized dealers are selling secondhand laptop at Market Price and even cheating me saying that the Warranty would be for 1 Yr from my date of Purchase which is 25th Dec.
I spoke with Singapore PCDreams about this issue and they are telling that they got this laptop from HP supplier only and they had renewed my Laptop warranty till 3rd Jan. As a reference I am attaching the warranty pdf and my Invoice which I got from PC Dreams Singapore.
I had shown the same to the Bangalore shop but they are not accepting this warranty and are NOT ready to service my laptop.

I want to know two things.
1) before purchasing my laptop how case is logged.
2) why HP India team not able to supporting after renewed my warranty.
