DMA repeated calling for bill payments

Dear Sir,

I have been using Connect for years. I have two connections. But the local DMA of this company at Moga, "Balaji Agencies", its telecaller girl, starts calling me to pay my bills, just after the date bill is received. When I talked to Connect customer care on 1920 and asked them to stop this calling from DMA, they said they cannot do anything about the local DMA. When i told the calling lady, not to call me again and that I will pay my bill on due date, as i do every month. She said OK. and Next day she calls again. Its happening every month and quite annoying. The DMA number from where I receive call is 01636-500522.

I already talked to the DMA owner, Mr. Hari Om Mittal. He said dont worry, it wont happen again. This was the wording last month. and Now I again receive calls.

If you dont look into it, I will have to register my complain through court and will take action against the DMA and the company.
