I HAVE 3 MAJOR COMPLAINTS:-
1) i tried to pay Rs 850 through my HDFC gold card online for bpl mobile bill. and i had cleared the visa gateway but the transaction due to some reason does not show on the card.
2) also when i called regarding the same- i was told that -i have had a transaction billed on my card for Rs2474.86 on 25th sept'08 at 1:18pm. BUT I NEVER DID THAT.. also the call centre people did not tell what is that transaction for...
so its a complete mess..
3) also I have got a credit limit of just Rs40000. which i never wanted. because the person had commited me a limit of 2-3lacs. and then all of a sudden this 40k limit was just nonsense. and now for a credit limit increase they have asked me to submit some documents. but i dont have the time to do all that.
above all-
there is absolutely no one who wants to take a step ahead and get the problems sorted out.
i am very upset by the behavior of HDFC.
