I have purchased induction stove from hideal asscoiates in Chennai trade centre.
They have charged me 3500/- for a stove with one year full warranty.
Within three months, the stove is not working. I have complained to the company, they send a person to repair after 10 days, he has taken the stove with him. he came back after 25 days and replaced a old stove for my new one and charged 400/-. during this time i was not in the home.
This is a pakka fraud cheating company, like this they may have sold 5000 pieces. so it may around one crore and seventh lakhs (17500000). This is a huge cheating in the chennai in the name business.
