This is for your kind information that, I have purchased HUNDAI SANTRO GLS car from Hilton Hudai. The dealer assure me, that the exhange offer for an amount of Rs.10000/- can be collected with in six month from the receipt of the vehicle. But yet I did not get the said amount and I have approached the dealer servertimes for the same purpose. Therefore I request you kindly to disburse the amount at the earliest because I need this very badly.

Note: If this is not the propoer way, kindly inform me the direction to collect the money at the earliest.
