Against running unauthorised factory

I would like to inform you that a Unauthorised factory are running illigelly. It is making a noise in this residensial area. Nobody can not lodge a complaint against them. Because here cops are also invovled and currupted. I want that you should investigate all this matter. I am here sending the address. I hope you will take action sceriously.
