Complaint against Himark Consultancy for Deception

I am lodging this complaint because I have been deceived by a Consultancy named HIMARK located in Coimbatore. One year back I had received e-mail from HIMARK indicating that""You have been selected for the concerned job and U r requested to come down at our office for nominal interview or send us a DD of Rs.550 alongwith your documents by post. After the reception of your particulars, we will send you an offer letter within four days". But yet I have not received any offer letter nor any telephonic reply from them.
