Very bad system

I had been to Hinduja Hospital Mumbai with a friend of mine. I had an appt with Dr Mahashur at 12 pm on 17-11. After reaching there we gave athe appointment letter to one Ms Kirti who was supposed to be the Drs secretary. She asked us to wait in the lounge which was very uncomfortable with no apparent ACeffect and very little place to sit. After 1 hour we decided to follow up and asked her what had happened and she asked us whether we had paid the money. This was never told to us before. After doing it we were asked to wait. After waiting for 2 hours we again asked her why it was taking so long at which she rudely told us that it usually takes time here and that she can do nothing about it. after 4 hours of waiting we finally saw the doctor at 4 pm. The doctor was very good though and there are no complaints on that front. We finally left on an empty stomach and utterly frustated at the behaviour of the staff. I hope the hospital puts some system in place whereby patients are not made miserable and atleast informed about the cause of the delay. This stood out in stark contrast to Saifi Hospital where we had been a week back and things there were exactly the opposite.
