This Company had advertised in leading daily, as a one of the Best Schemes and appointed a leading Nationalised Bank as Bankers to the issue, the Scheme was Betelnut Plantation - 2 Areca Trees, and scheme of repayment was through Exchangeable Warrants, This Company was Operating from Vijaynagar, Bangalore, then Opened one branch offfice at Abids, Hyderabad from this place they Posted the Areca Units and Exchangeable Warrants.
when due date to exchange warrants for cheque came, their office was found be locked at vijayanagar, bangalore and registered post sent to abids, hyderabad address returned undelivered as party not found at address, this company at the time of launching had big names like retired high court judge, president of bangalore stock exchange to name a few.
