We are not getting delivery of cylinders against our bookings. No delivery has been done against our last 3-4 bookings. Every time we try to book the cylinder, we are informed that the booking is already in records but no delivery was made.
Today, we received a cylinder against our booking made on Jan22 without a receipt. When asked, we were informed that the office has not issued any receipt/bill against delivery.
Can the gas agency improve on the system of booking and deliveries??? Also, a proper receipt to be issued to the consumer against delivery of the cylinder.
