I have taken the VRS (complete unit closed) from Hindustan Lever Limited, Tundla Factory as a Assistant grade "B" on dated 31 August after completed of my approximate 18 years service, which is under VRS scheme. I am member of Employee Family Pension Scheme 1995 (EFP).
I am also fillup the required pension scheme certificate form at that time of VRS alogwith all staff members and after 2-3 years, again fillup the another form by company (From Etah Unit), but till date I have not received the any Pension Certificate or regarding documents from company's side, but mostly my colleges are already received their certificates in between last 2-3 year from Kolkata Office.
Sir, when after my actual age of 50 years, I can not produced the any documents regarding EFP scheme member certificate which is provide by company) in front of pension department, which is the great monetary loss for me.
