I Srishty had taken your Pure It system On 01.11.2008 no. RPB0500605166. He told all its advantages but did'nt tell us its battery life. After six months th indicator of your pure it shows Red signal. I have complaint to your Help line No. they said you have to purchase battery for Rs. 365/-. But why? we purchase, your executive has misguided us. he did'nt tell us about battery capacity is only 1500ltr water purify.
