Battery Replacement - No Response till date

I purchased an Pureit Water filter from HLL and have been using it for some time. I have ordered for a Battery replacement kit on 10th August and am yet to receive it. The company promised to respond and replace battery in 3 working days when i bought it and it seemed ideal. But now despite innumerable calls and escalation to manager at their call center there is no action. I have spoken to Mr. Rajesh, Ms. Veronica and Mr. Mathew their manager and many more till now at their call center and all that i hear is that an agent will definitely call the next day. I have been spending Rs. 100 everyday to buy water and now it has come to a stage that i have to decide on other options i guess. I wish the company takes note of their lousy after sales service and mend it. HLL is currently offering the 1 crore challenge to customers to name options VS its product. What with the after sales service they are offering, soon their wish will come true, customers have already started thinking of options and, i am sure i'll find one.

Called them on 13, 17, 19, 20, 21st of August still no agent in site to replace my battery.
