Dear Sir/Madam,
I'd been refilling my bike from a hpcl petrol pump [bani prasad, Meerut] for the last six months regularly, but last december my bike's engine had to be overhauled. My bike engineer at that time suggested me that there was some problem in the petrol that the engine was consuming but i didn't pay much heed to his advice. But now again, this March, my bike's engine had to be re-overhauled and this time, I took it to another bike engineer who after looking it the engine's condition suggested of some problem with the petrol I was using.
In this regard, I sent a grieviance letter to HPCL concerned employees viz [email protected] [email protected];[email protected];[email protected], but not even a single person responded to the complaint.
Thus, I'm hereby forced to approach the Consumer Complaints website. Kindly do the needful in this regard.
