Delay in supply of cooking gas

Sir,

I booked a cooking gas on 17.12.08.But i am yet to receive the gas till today. When i contacted the dealer today (05.01.09) I was requested to make a fresh booking today though I was not enlightened on what happened to my booking on 17.12.08.In this connection I am to add I have left a standing request with your dealer to deliver gas to me on any saturday because on other days of the week my residence remains under lock and key. Please take necessary action so that I may get supply without delay.
