Late in delivery

I live at Walchandnagar, Dist- Pune (Maharashtra) (.i have booked refile on 10th October.on booking they always say that u have to wait for 2 days as they have no supply of gas.is it true? They have displayed on their board, delivery in 24 hrs. but from last 6 days I did't get gas.
