Dear Concerned,
This is agony of a Consumer who has invested in purchase of a Kitchen Chimney of very reputed company Hindware, where he expected a durable, robust and trouble free Product and prompt after sales Services. But with due respect to all I feel very distracted by the product as well after sales services which were not upto my expectations.
I have given chain of e-mails sent to customer care of Hindware since 28-April-08 back but havnt got any positive reply from SSI - Mr. Rakesh Sharma of Ghaziabad Branch (UP.) who has not shown any interest in listening to my problem and infact not even bothered to visit my home to see/analyse the problem in the Product. I would request you to please intervene into this matter and replace my Kitchen chimney with new one or other model which is not noisy. Details of my Kitchen Chimney is given below and e-mails shared with Hindware customer care can be also be produced if required by you.
